Overcurrent Fault
- May 16, 2018 -

Fault problem: circuit overcurrent problem is one of the most common faults in DC contactor, the cause of the failure may be due to that, the deceleration time of frequency converter is too fast to lead to the sudden change in load, and result in the output short-circuit caused by uneven load distribution.

Troubleshooting solutions: Professional electricians can extend the time of deceleration or reduce the load mutation, or apply the brake components and rational design the load distribution to improve; of course, it is the most important to check the line. If through the above measures still can’t improve the DC contactor over-current failure, It is indicated that inverter circuit of the frequency changer has been damaged and needs to be replaced the frequency changer.
