ASW100 12V/24V/36V/48V/60V/72V/84V/120VDC 100A Used For Electric Vehicles And Engineering Machinery AOKAI DC Contactor
ASW100 develops for uninterrupted loads which is 100 ampere. Uninterrupted current is used in the condition of no or infrequent load switching requirements (maintains a lower contact resistance). The voltage of rated coil can be designed from 12VDC to 120VDC according to customers’ requirement. The ASW100 contact form can also be customized to SPST-NO or SPST-NC. The ASW100 has M8 stud main terminals which tightened within range 8-9Nm, and 6.3mm spade terminals for coil connections. Mounting is via M4 (4 off per side) tapped holes or mounting brackets. Tapped holes and mounting brackets can be provided fitted, or packed separately.
The ASW100 has been designed for direct current loads, including motors as used on electric vehicles such as industrial trucks, and telecom and power distribution applications.
